"Le TRIANON" is one of the most prestigious residential buildings in Tunis. With 18,000 m2 of covered area, it consists of 66 very high standard apartments built on a plot of 9,000 m2 facing Lake Tunis

The basement, with an area of ​​6,500 m2, is served by two access ramps.

It has 94 cellars and 3,500 m2 of parking space.

The floor and wall coverings (sandstone marble on the floor and sandstone on the walls) are laid using resin-based glues. The exterior facades are in single-layer rendering (associated with pieces of reconstituted stone from Dar Chaâbane) and aluminum curtain wall.

A 3,000 m2 garden is built on the basement slab, respecting the standards of waterproofing and drainage.
