Due to its location bordering the Parc de la Soukra, at the crossroads of the main services of Greater Tunis, the land, object of the project, has a strong potential for accessibility and proximity while being immersed in the specific nature of the site. . Its exceptional shape makes it possible to have a wide facade overlooking the surrounding greenery.

These potentialities guided the designers and the promoter in all the aesthetic and functional choices to freeze the architectural part, the image of the project as well as all the living spaces; namely the living room and the dining room, which are placed on the most noble facade and which benefit from a beautiful view and a good orientation.

The location of the various accesses, the vertical and horizontal circulations as well as the access to the basement are therefore placed on the side facade which is accessible to the northeast.

A concern for harmony and proportions was omnipresent in the design of openings, balconies, cantilevered slabs and also in the choice of materials, textures and colors that are drawn from our culture and identity.
