An initiative launched in 2017
From our very first project launched in 2017, we have incorporated concrete initiatives in favor of environmental respect:
- Energy optimization of buildings
- rigorous selection of sustainable materials
- Responsible resource management
- Bioclimatic design and landscape integration
These initial actions have structured our approach and laid the foundations for a progressive and ambitious environmental strategy.
Adherence to HQE certification – Agora Project
With the Agora project, we have taken a decisive step by adhering to the HQE (High Environmental Quality) certification.
This approach reflects our desire to align our developments with the most demanding international standards in terms of environmental performance, user comfort and impact control.
The project study also received an exceptional certificate of appreciation, recognizing the quality of our design and the consistency of our commitment.
